STORAGE AND USAGE

What is the shelf life of Perfectly Cordial mixers after opening?
Once opened, our premium craft mixers are good for 3 months. After 3 months, they can be stored in the freezer to prolong shelf life.

Do Perfectly Cordial mixers need to be refrigerated?
After opening, yes- absolutely! The mixer needs to be refrigerated. Before opening, the mixer is shelf stable.

Is there alcohol in them?
Nope! Mix Perfectly Cordial with your favorite spirit for a flavorful cocktail or combine with tonic, soda or whatever non-alcoholic beverage you prefer for a refreshing mocktail. Perfectly Cordial is so versatile, it can be mixed with any beverage.

How do I use this?
Made like a simple syrup, you just need a small amount to create a cocktail. When a classic recipe calls for a simple syrup or agave syrup, you can replace it with one of our mixers. Just a splash over spirit on the rocks is another way to enjoy our mixers!

What kind of sugar is used?
We use 100% cane sugar.

Is it gluten free? Soy Free? Vegan?
Yes, yes, and mostly yes- everything is vegan besides Hibiscus and Honeycomb

What is the sugar content in your mixers?
Each mixer varies depending on the flavor but we pride ourselves on cutting back sugar as much as we can. A typical simple syrup is a one to one ratio. All our mixers fall under that ratio. More flavor, less sugar.

I found sediment at the bottom of my bottle! Is that bad?
Nope! That’s perfectly natural- we call that “flavor”. Shake your bottle and roll with it!

Since we use real herbs and spices you may see small pieces in your cordial. It’s totally fine and part of the reason it tastes so good.

Where is this made?
Our mixers are made fresh in small batches in a commercial kitchen in Nashville, Tennessee.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our bottles are easy to recycle and great to repurpose.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the USA- even P.O. Boxes (but P.O. Box deliveries require signature confirmation, which is an additional charge).

We ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS and choose the most reliable and lowest cost option for your shipping zone.

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes! When checking out, provide the recipient’s shipping address and name instead of yours.

Can I return this?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on Perfectly Cordial purchases. Please feel free to contact us at hello@perfectlycordial.com with any questions prior to purchase if you are unsure about ordering. Please do not ship products back without contacting us first.

Merchandise (non-consumables) will be accepted for return/exchange/refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us with any issues. We will be happy to assist you.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?
We put a lot of time and care into packaging our orders. Unfortunately, we cannot control the way shipping carriers handle the packages. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it!
We rely on USPS/UPS/FedEx to deliver packages to the correct location. If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it. Please email us at info@perfectlycordial.com and we can file a missing package claim. If USPS/UPS/FedEx GPS verify that it was delivered at the correct location, we are not responsible for any lost/stolen package.
